I do not have fixed open office hours. I generally make appointments from 10am - 4pm Mon-Fri, but for students who cannot get to campus or be online during those hours, I will make evening appointments - email me directly at least 3 work days in advance for those.
During my current medical accommodation to work from home, my appointments are conducted online, usually using MS Teams. I can also create a BlackBoard Collaborate Session or a Google Meet. Email me for a meeting-specific link if you prefer either of those options. Teams and BB allow for recording the session, but Teams fails to render shared screens quite right, so it's not a good option for discussing software/GUI design. BB will cease to be an option in September 2026.
My area of research is focused on the use of ebooks in academic library collections, especially which of the many purchase/license models available to libraries today is most cost-effective and transparent for patrons.
